Reiki Healing in Eastbourne

As a reiki master, I use the universal energy that is all around us to help you rebalance and relax. I do this using attunement, a technique that allows this energy to become greater.

I am a level 3 reiki master teacher, which means that I have achieved the highest level of attunement possible.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle holistic therapy that uses the power of energy to heal. There is universal energy all around us and through us. In Chinese medicine, there are more than 72,000 lines of energy called nadis which run through the body like a road map. The junctions where nadis meet are your chakras. Reiki can help to balance out your chakras, releasing any blocked energy.

You may not want to talk about what’s troubling you, or you may not know why you feel unbalanced. That’s ok. You can feel the deep, relaxing benefits of reiki by simply lying or sitting still during the treatment and allowing the energy to flow. Regular reiki sessions can help with stress and anxiety, leaving you free to respond more calmly to life’s challenges.

The Treatment

Reiki treatment is relaxing and non-invasive. You can either lie down or sit upright – fully clothed – while I allow my hands to hover over your body. Energy is channelled through my hands to you, activating the natural balance of your body, mind and spirit.

Safe, Gentle Therapy

Reiki healing is safe for people of all ages. It is a complementary therapy that can be used alongside conventional medicine, for example, if you are pregnant, struggling with pain, or recovering from surgery. However, reiki should not be used as an alternative to conventional medicine.
