Restorative Yoga in Eastbourne
When you are stressed or anxious, your body will be tight, blocking the free flow of energy through the chakras. Hatha yoga purifies and detoxifies your body, releasing any physical and mental blockages and encouraging your body’s natural alignment and flexibility. This is not a fast, sweaty workout but a mindful way of coming out of your head and into your body.
Using the breath, the yoga postures I teach will support your parasympathetic nervous system, helping to relieve tension, anxiety and negative thoughts. The movement and yogic breathwork creates harmony within your body, allowing you to come back into balance and leaving you feeling recharged and renewed.

Group Yoga Classes
I offer bespoke group yoga classes for up to six people. My classes are tailored to your needs, which means that I can cater for anyone in the group who has a particular concern, suffers with anxiety or is recovering from physical or mental illness.

Sometimes, your needs may not suit a group class environment. Perhaps you’re a complete beginner to yoga, you’ve been through an injury or illness, or you’re recovering from loss or trauma. In my one to one yoga classes, every pose will be selected for your individual needs.
